Shipping Policy

Ordering and delivery

Yellowbird Foods orders are prepared after payment authorization. Normal handling takes about 1–2 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and unusually busy periods can extend preparation time.

Transit and destination

Once a parcel leaves our care, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. This estimate is separate from processing and is not a promise of arrival on a particular date. Available destinations and shipping charges appear during checkout.

Address and tracking

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. Tracking may need time to update after the carrier receives the package. If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, keep the order number and tracking details.
